I graduated from the Colchester Institute where I read music and specialised in performance.
As a member of the Institute choir and Chamber choir I studied under Patrick McCarthy and Christopher Keyte.
Originating from South Wales, I began my musical training within the Welsh Choral tradition singing with local town choirs.
Whilst still at school I had the privilege of being a member of the Mid Glamorgan Youth Choir (Ogmore Residential Centre) and the South Glamorgan Youth Choir under the director Helena Braithwaite
In May 2001 and 2004, I was invited to be the Cantor for the yearly pilgrimage to Boulogne Cathedral. I have sung with Psalmody as a member of the choir and I am currently with the Colchester Bach Choir as a member of the choir and soloist.
I run my own vocal quartet called The Orianna Consort February 2001, which specialise in English madrigals, as well as running a school choir called Cantique.
As of September 2004 Head of Music at Redden Court School, Harold Wood, Essex
